I’m the Director of Digital Services with the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Innovation and Technology. I oversee cross-functional teams of content, user experience, and technology professionals. Our goal is to provide everyone who uses our products with consistent, accessible, and quality digital experiences. We collaborate with software engineers to build phila.gov and public-facing applications that provide residents access to vital City services and information.

As an adjunct professor at Temple’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture, I’ve been able to bring my in-depth knowledge of user experience practice into the classroom, teaching studio design courses to up-and-coming designers.

I advocate for bringing more underrepresented people into the technology and design fields through representation, mentorship, and volunteering.
